Terms and Conditions for Recruitment Services

Mandatory Registration

All candidates must register with Freshers First before being considered for any employment opportunities.

Alternative Interview Arrangements

If the job arranged after paying the service fee is not satisfactory, or if the company does not hire you, interviews will be arranged with other companies (a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 companies). fee is non-refundable.

No Interference in Selection Process

Freshers First does not interfere in any selection process, as this is strictly between the employer and the candidate.

Notification Upon Employment

If a candidate is selected through our references and recommendations, they must immediately inform Freshers First and endorse a copy of the appointment letter to us for our records.

Dispute

For all who pay the job service charge, 100% job placement will be provided based on their education and skills.If a candidate is selected for a job through Freshers First, they will be solely the employee of the concerned organisation. Freshers First will not be responsible for any legal dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organisation.

Validity

The service is valid for three months only from the date the service fee is paid. Within this timeframe, we will arrange interviews if the candidate wants a job change, is terminated, or has resigned. Freshers First reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any point in time if needed.
